1. The service
One Sitting Studio ("we", "us") provides browser games and the pages around them free of charge. You may play them for your personal, non commercial enjoyment. We may change, pause or retire a game at any time; because progress is stored on your own device, we cannot restore a save you have lost.
2. Your conduct
Do not interfere with the games or this site: no attempts to disrupt the servers, tamper with the ad delivery, scrape at abusive rates, or use the games in a way that harms other visitors. Streaming, recording and writing about the games is welcome and does not require permission.
3. Intellectual property
The games, their names, art, music, code and text belong to One Sitting Studio or to the licensors credited in each game. You may use screenshots and video captures of the games for reviews, coverage, streams and personal sharing. You may not redistribute the games themselves or present them as your own.
4. Third party services
Support payments go through Ko-fi under Ko-fi's own terms. Advertising, where present, is served by Google AdSense; the privacy policy explains what that involves.
5. No warranty
The games and the site are provided "as is". We work hard on them, but we make no promise that they are free of bugs or that they will run on every device. To the extent permitted by law, One Sitting Studio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the games.
6. Changes
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
